ST MATTHEW'S CHURCH, PRESTON

Volunteers at St. Matthew's Church on New Hall Lane, Preston have been putting the finishing touches to their new improved church grounds.

Funded by faiths4Change and with support from Lancashire Wildlife Trust the project has involved residents and school children in new planting to improve the grounds for both wildlife and the local community. New benches will also expand use of the site for local people and the purchase of tools will enable more community involvement. Congratulations go to all involved in the project.
